Emma’s performance poetry and prose has been described as honest, insightful, funny and celebratory. She has had guest poet spots all over the north of England, and a slam win at the Uptown Poetry Slam in Chicago in 2010. In 2020 she developed an outdoor poetry performance, Words in the Wild.
