Where Next? Taking a Writing Project Forward   

One Day Course
Sat 5 Nov  10am-4pm
A day for those with a writing project in hand who want help taking it forwards. Structuring, planning, editing, time to focus on it and guided support including one-to-one time with the tutor. If you are interested in this course please contact Emma directly. You will need to provide a single A4 sheet describing your project, where it is up to and what you want from the day.

Life-Writing Workshops

Weds 23 Nov / Sat 3 Dec  
12pm-4pm 
2 dates, same content (choose best date for you)
Each workshop will draw on life experience to create new and powerful poetry or prose. We will use objects, maps and other creative tools to inspire new perspectives and explore fresh creative pathways into familiar stories. All levels of writing experience welcome, whether a beginner or more experienced.

ACCESS: Ground floor, level in, wheelchair accessible & accessible toilet
Venue located in central Todmorden, 10 mins walk from the train station, 2 mins walk from main bus routes. Pay and display parking close by.
Drinks and biscuits provided. Lunch not provided for day course. Cafes & shops nearby.
Emma is qualified in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector. She has been teaching creative writing, literacy, numeracy and other forms of creativity to adults (including adults with learning difficulties and special needs) for over three years.
